These Terms apply to Buyers and supplement the Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Nature of the purchase
When you buy a Service on Vrymart, you contract with the Partner offering it. Vrymart acts as an intermediary and as the Partner's limited payment collection agent: it collects the payment on the Partner's behalf and holds it until delivery, but it is not the provider of the Service. The Service is provided by the Partner through their own automated system. Before you buy, the Service page shows which Partner provides it —an independent provider, not Vrymart— and links to their profile, where you can write to them.
2. Price and taxes
2.1. Each Service's price is shown on its page. The billing currency is the US dollar (USD), unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Taxes. Vrymart collects taxes, with Stripe Tax, only in the places where it is registered to do so. If a tax applies to your purchase, it is added to the price and you see it before you confirm the payment; otherwise, you pay the listed price. When Vrymart collects a tax, it reports and pays it to the relevant authority.
2.3. Taxes from your bank or country. If your bank or your country applies taxes, withholdings, or surcharges to foreign or US-dollar purchases, they are charged separately, through your card or bank, and are not part of Vrymart's price.
2.4. Receipt. The details of each purchase (price, taxes, and total) are available in My orders.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is processed securely on Stripe's payment page. Vrymart does not see or store your card details.
3.2. Where you can buy from. You can only buy if you live in one of the countries open to purchases (see Terms, §5.1).
3.3. When you confirm the payment, the full amount is collected in Vrymart's Stripe account and held there. The Partner is not paid yet.
3.4. To complete your order, Vrymart transmits to the Partner your name, the form data, and any files you uploaded, so they can provide the Service. We do not send them your account email: they will only receive it if you type it in a form field (see Privacy Policy).
4. Delivery and "grace period"
4.1. The Partner performs the Service and records a deliverable (file, link, and/or summary) as proof of delivery.
4.2. Once delivery is confirmed, a 48-hour grace period begins, during which the payment remains held and you can review the deliverable and, if appropriate, open a dispute.
4.3. If the grace period ends without a dispute, the payment is automatically released to the Partner (and, where applicable, the Affiliate) and the order is marked as completed.
4.4. Order without a response from the provider. If the Partner's system does not process or deliver your order within 2 days, the order is cancelled and you are refunded.
4.5. File retention. The deliverable file and the files you uploaded in the form are kept for 90 days from order closure; then they are deleted automatically. Download or save your deliverable within that period.
5. Disputes
5.1. When. You can open a dispute during the 48-hour grace period after delivery is confirmed.
5.2. Grounds. These include: the Service was not performed, the deliverable is empty or unusable, or other justified grounds.
5.3. How it works. When you open a dispute, the payment stays held while it lasts and a mediated process begins. The Partner will be asked to provide technical evidence of delivery, normally within 24 business hours. Both parties may submit messages and files.
5.4. Resolution. The Vrymart team arbitrates the dispute (human review), normally within 2 business days, and decides in favor of the Buyer (refund) or the Partner (release), based on the evidence. That decision determines whether the held payment is released to the Partner or refunded to you.
6. Refunds
6.1. When a refund applies (failed order, expiration, or dispute in the Buyer's favor), the amount is returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
6.2. Vrymart does not operate with balances, wallets, or internal credits: every refund goes directly to the card or source of the payment.
6.3. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Withdrawal (buyers in Argentina only)
7.1. Who and when. If you buy as a consumer from Argentina, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of making it, without giving a reason (Law 24,240, art. 34, and the Civil and Commercial Code, arts. 1110 to 1116).
7.2. What has been delivered cannot be withdrawn. The Services are performed with the data you enter and deliver digital content electronically, for immediate use. Therefore, once the result has been delivered, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Civil and Commercial Code, art. 1116, paras. a and b). You expressly accept this in the purchase checkbox.
7.3. Before delivery. If the order has not run yet, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method, free of charge.
7.4. How to request it. With the Withdrawal button ("Botón de arrepentimiento"), in the footer of every page of the Spanish version and on your order page, without signing in. When you send it, we show you a request code and, if the details match your purchase, we also email it to you. We reply by email. You can also write to support@vrymart.com.
7.5. Argentina only. This right and the button apply only to purchases by consumers from Argentina. In the other countries, the rights your law gives you apply, in addition to the refunds in Section 6 and the disputes in Section 5.
8. Rights your law does not allow to be excluded
If you are a consumer, you keep the rights and guarantees your law does not allow to be excluded or limited (for example, the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, or Law 24,240 in Argentina). The fact that the Partner is the provider, and Vrymart's disclaimers, do not exclude or limit those rights. To exercise them, contact us at support@vrymart.com and, where appropriate, we will mediate with the Partner.
9. Responsibility for the Service
The quality, legality, and result of the Service are the Partner's responsibility. Vrymart mediates disputes under these Terms but does not guarantee the Partner's Service, without prejudice to the consumer rights of your country.
