Welcome to Vrymart!
The following Terms and Policies govern your entire experience as a Vrymart User. It is important that you understand them, since you must accept them to use our services.
This is the English version, which prevails in case of discrepancy (see Terms, Section 26). Versions are also available in Spanish and Portuguese.

Summary at a glance (does not replace the documents)
- Vrymart is an intermediary. We connect Buyers with independent providers (Partners). We are not a party to the service the Partner provides, nor do we provide it.
- The payment is held in Vrymart's Stripe account until the service is delivered and the claim period ends; only then is the Partner paid. If something fails, it goes back to your payment method. Vrymart is not a bank: you don't keep money or balances with Vrymart.
- Platform fee: 10% of the price of each service sold.
- Taxes: Vrymart collects them, with Stripe Tax, only where it is registered to do so. If a tax applies to your purchase, you see it before you pay.
- Minimum age: 18, in any role.
- Where you can buy from: for now, the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Argentina. Partners and Affiliates: the United States or Canada.
- Withdrawal button: only for buyers in Argentina, in the footer of the Spanish version and on each order page.
- Governing law: State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to the consumer rights your law does not allow you to waive.
