Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy defines what is prohibited on Vrymart. It applies to all Users (Buyers, Partners, and Affiliates) and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Breaching it may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where applicable, legal action.

1. Prohibited services and content#

You may not offer, buy, promote, or publish services or content that:

• Are illegal or promote illegal activities.
• Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.
• Constitute fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes (including pyramid or "ponzi" schemes).
• Involve malicious software, unauthorized hacking, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Are child sexual exploitation content or sexual material involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Promote violence, terrorism, hate, or discrimination.
• Sell regulated or prohibited goods or substances (weapons, drugs, etc.) where unlawful.
• Facilitate the circumvention of security measures or third-party technical restrictions.
• Violate sanctions or export controls (see Terms, Section 5).

2. Prohibited conduct on the Platform#

You must not:

• Circumvent the Platform's commission, the holding of the payment until delivery, or payment processing (e.g., diverting transactions outside Vrymart to avoid commissions).
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, clicks, conversions, or any metric.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with Vrymart, a Partner, or an Affiliate.
• Attack or probe the security of the Platform (injection, denial of service, unauthorized reverse engineering, circumvention of usage limits).
• Upload dangerous files (executables, scripts, active content) or any file intended to compromise the Platform or other users. The Platform rejects certain file types for security.
• Bulk-collect or extract Platform data in an automated way (scraping, crawling), or use the Platform's content or data to train artificial-intelligence models, without express authorization.
• Resell, transfer, rent, or share your account or credentials.
• Collect data from other users without authorization.

3. Specific obligations of Partners#

• The Partner's Bot and webhook must be used in good faith and not to make requests to internal networks or systems, private addresses, or unauthorized destinations. The Platform applies protective measures (including preventing requests to internal destinations), but the Partner is responsible for the legitimate use of its integration.
• The Partner must request from the Buyer only the necessary data and process it under the Partner Agreement and its Annex I.

4. Reviews#

Reviews must be truthful and based on a real experience. False, improperly incentivized, defamatory, or offensive reviews, or reviews that reveal third parties' personal data, are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property and DMCA#

Respect for intellectual property is mandatory. Copyright infringement claims are handled under the DMCA Policy of the Terms and Conditions of Use (Section 11), including termination of repeat infringers' accounts.

6. Illegal content notices#

If you detect a service, content, or conduct that breaches this Policy or is allegedly illegal, report it to legal@vrymart.com, indicating its location (URL), the reason, and your contact details. We will acknowledge receipt, review it diligently and non-arbitrarily, and communicate a reasoned decision to the person who notified us and, where appropriate, to the affected User, under Section 12 of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

7. Consequences#

Breach may result in: a warning, removal of content or services, withholding or reversal of funds or commissions obtained improperly, suspension or termination of the account, and notification to the authorities where appropriate.
