Vrymart Inc. conceives corporate cybersecurity and B2B transmission secrecy as the foundational pillar of its ecosystem. In compliance with European GDPR and California CCPA laws, we enact the underlying privacy framework.

1. Legal Basis for Processing

Processed metadata is obtained under the juridical doctrines of "Explicit Consent" and "Contractual Necessity" (providing logistics and billing), coupled with Vrymart's incontrovertible corporate "Legitimate Interest" to systematically track and obstruct fraud and social engineering.

2. Zero Retention and Data Volatility ("Zero-Knowledge")

Under the strict technical rule of volatile memory processing, any critical flat file, dataset, or vector uploaded by a buyer to orchestrate a bot's operation is treated ephemerally. Vrymart triggers the immediate, automatic, and irreversible algorithmic purge of such documentary supports immediately upon the conclusion of the computational cycle, effectively nullifying exfiltration windows. Data mining on transited content is strictly prohibited.

3. Cryptographic Routing Architecture

Complying with PCI-DSS financial regulations, Vrymart acts as a financially blind entity: we never store, view, or process full card digits or CVC keys on our servers. Our instances directly subcontract the transactional factory of Stripe Inc., passing information on-the-fly through military-grade TLS/SSL encryption tunnels (256-bit).

4. Data Brokers and Sales Neutrality

Operational nomenclatures and histories (emails, IP footprints) housed in our shielded operational bases possess zero commercialization purposes. We legally and civilly guarantee restrictive sales neutrality: we will never package, lease, or liquidate personal identifiers to advertising data brokers or external telemetry operators.

5. Doctrine of Delegated Confidentiality (Third-Party API)

As a transactional bridge node, the data file uploaded to our forms navigates directly to the isolated endpoints of the Creator orchestrating the script. 8. COPPA Exclusion (Absolute Age Restriction)

Due to our productive model, our software is strictly a B2B exclusive financial conduit. Therefore, active flow, beta registration, and interface access are strictly prohibited by our board to individuals under Eighteen (18) years of age. 9. Global Rights and Legal Exemptions (GDPR / BSA)

Any User retains the inalienable right (Right to be Forgotten) to access, rectify, or compel legal@vrymart.com to structurally delete all their marketing social data and logistical metadata. Federal Law Exception: To remedy imperative jurisdictional conflicts with the US Department of the Treasury (Anti-Money Laundering), any formally captured biographical identity packet (KYC) and accounting payment histories will remain strictly exempt from the right to be forgotten, preserved, and isolated for five (5) mandatory years without legal exceptions.
